What are your access hours?

Our conventional units and parking spaces have 24/7 gated access. Our Climate
Controlled area is open during office hours only. We request that you leave the
Climate Controlled area 10 minutes before closing.

What is self-storage?

Self-storage is a convenient way to store all of the items that are taking up space
in your garage, closets, basement, or spare rooms. It is also great for businesses
to store overstocked inventory, files or equipment.

What can I use my storage unit for?

You can use your storage unit for most anything as long as it's not on the list
below...

Are there items that I cannot store?

Yes, you may not store:

  • Food
  • Live animals
  • Plants
  • Firearms or ammunition
  • Explosives
  • Corrosives
  • Flammable liquids or fuels
  • Hazardous waste
  • Illegal items
  • Living in your storage unit is not allowed

Do I need a climate-controlled unit?

Any items that are sensitive to humidity or extreme temperatures should be stored
in a climate-controlled unit. Furniture, electronics, and pictures are a few examples.

What size do I need?












Do I have to sign a contract?

We do have you sign a contract, but it is a monthly contract. You are not required
to rent for a specified period of time.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a $25 deposit on the first unit. Upon move out if your unit is clean,
empty, and a move out form has been turned in, we will refund the deposit. If you
are renting an outside parking space, you do not have to pay a deposit.

What will I need with me when I rent my unit?

You will need a driver's license or other valid government issued picture id.

Can I walk in and rent a storage unit?
You can come in anytime during our business hours and rent a unit.

Can I see the storage unit before I rent it?

We will gladly give you a tour of our facility and let you pick the unit that is best
suited for you.

Do you have covered parking for my car, boat, or RV?

No, our outside spaces are open parking spots. If your vehicle will fit in a garage
you may rent a storage unit.

Do you offer truck rental?

Yes, we have a 14 foot truck that is available to rent.

What will I need when renting the truck?

You will need your driver's license, proof of insurance, and a credit card or $100
deposit.

Why won't the gate open?

If your payment is late, your access code will not work. You must be current on
your account to have access to your storage unit. If your account is current, then
make sure you are typing in your code correctly. If your account is current and
you are still having problems with the gate, please call us at 770 886-9836 during
office hours.

Do you have tractor-trailer accessibility?

Yes, our rows are wide enough for a tractor-trailer.

When is my payment due?

All payments are due on the first of every month.

Will I be charge a late charge if my payment is late?

Yes, we split up the late charge into two individual charges. The first late charge is
$10 and charged on the 6th of the month. The second late charge is $15 and
charged on the 16th of the month.

What are my payment options?

You can pay your bill with cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, or
Discover. You may also sign up for monthly Auto Pay.

Do I get a discount if I pay ahead on my account?

Yes, if you prepay on your account for 3 months or more you will receive a credit
for 10% off.

Is Prepaid rent refundable?

No, we DO NOT refund prepaid rent. Only prepay if you know you will not be
moving out.

Who has access to the gate?

Tenants, employees, and local law enforcement

TenantOne Direct Customer Storage Insurance from MiniCo, Inc. provides
affordable, short-term insurance for items stored in a rented self-storage space.

COVERAGE
You are responsible for insuring your stored goods. TenantOne Direct provides
affordable insurance coverage for your valuable items stored in a rented self-
storage space. TenantOne Direct offers a wide range of coverage limits, all with a
low $100 deductible (
$250 in Texas). Plus, you may purchase coverage for one
month or several months – the choice is yours.

TYPES OF LOSSES
TenantOne provides affordable insurance coverage for losses to property kept in
a rented self-storage space due to burglary*, lightning, windstorm, hail, fire,
smoke, earthquake, building collapse, explosion, vandalism, riot and water
damage (
some exclusions apply).

In Louisiana, burglary coverage is paid at 50 percent of the amount of your
coverage limit.

TYPES OF PROPERTY
Almost any personal property and some business property a customer stores is
eligible for insurance coverage. The following goods are not covered under this
policy and are automatically excluded: accounts, deeds, bills, currency, evidence
of debt, securities, money, notes, jewelry, watches, precious stones, furs and
garments trimmed in fur, and boats or vehicles. Some business inventory is also
not covered

details).
Coverage may also be declined on exotic, imported or high-value
contents. The policy is not designed to cover these types of items. Stated value
insurance policies are available from most local insurance agents for items like
antiques and other high-value collectibles.

We carry boxes and a variety of other moving supplies in our office for your
convenience.

How do I change my address and phone number?

Any changes to information on your account must be done in writing.

Do I need to give notice when I'm moving out?

No you do not need to give notice when moving out, but if you'd like to get your
deposit back, the unit must be empty, swept clean, and you must fill out a Move
Out Form.

Will you accept deliveries on my behalf?

We will accept deliveries for you. We request that you inform us of the delivery
and when it will arrive.
